Clinical Informatics Reporting

Problem

Arrayo’s client was in the process of deploying clinical systems and was looking for support to implement a Clinical Informatics reporting system to accommodate for their expanding clinical portfolio.

Solution

We partnered with clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, clinical supplies organization, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, and safety to execute our client’s new digital and analytics strategy to support accelerated drug development.

After initial requirements gathering, we lead user centered design workshops for the collection and refinement of user requirements, and collaborated with data engineering, informatics, and data science teams to develop modern analytics applications.

We engaged with digital integration engineering team, business, and quality systems teams to implement cross-functional integrations and support our digital integrated landscape, and prototyped analytics applications to support data stories and support user testing activities as part of application release cycle. We authored requirement documents: epic, user stories and associated functional and design documents, and finally managed testing artifacts to support product releases.

Finally, we organized sustainable and scalable support processes to delight the customers.

Outcome

The solution we implemented resulted in the development of a user-friendly dashboard accessible through the application. The dashboard’s key feature allowed for easy exporting to PDF or PPT formats, facilitating sharing with the Executive Committee. Moreover, we incorporated contextual information to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the shared data.
