Records Management Analytics and Reporting Effectiveness

At Arrayo, we proudly partnered as a strategic collaborator in establishing a Global Records Management Program for a prominent North American financial institution. The program aimed to connect various record types with specific regulatory and legal requirements, demonstrating compliance and identifying areas for remediation. To support this initiative, we developed business-wide reporting for quality assurance, testing, and routine processes, working closely with the bank’s project leads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting standards.
